Please read below the terms and conditions listed carefully before ordering a Travel Package, by continuing with the purchase, you agree that you have read and agree with this agreement.

Travel Package Orders

50% advance at the time of confirmation of your tour package.

50% balance at arrival.

(for peak season another 30% after receiving vouchers and left fund at arrival)

Mode Of Payment

We accept payment via MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. Bank-issued Debit Cards & credit cards.

Cancellation terms & conditions:

Cancellation before 60 days is fully refundable after deducting a percentage.

Cancellation before 15 days of travel is 50% refundable.

There is not refundable on cancellation within 15 days of the travel date.

For peak season there will not be any refund after any processing or booked order (peak season dates 1st oct to 31st March)

Cancellations will take at least 15 to 30 days to be deposited in the customer account.

We will deduct 20% on all canceled orders

Our Liabilities & Limitations

Any extra fee if applicable will be added as per Govt of India for Taxes, fuel cost or guides will be charged

DELIGHTFUL INDIA HOLIDAYS act only in the capacity of agent for the hotels, airlines, transporters, railways & contractors , providing other services & all exchange orders, receipts, contracts & tickets issued by us are as per terms & conditions. All itineraries are the sample that intended to give you an overview of the likely trip schedule. many factors such as weather, road conditions, the physical ability of the participants, etc. may dictate itinerary changes either before the tour or while on the trail. We reserve the right to change any schedule in the interest of the trip participants’ safety, comfort & general well being. Our rates are provided as per hotels which can be changed as per their mindset & will be charged additionally as per present rates.

We are not responsible for any delay due to program & expenses accrued directly or indirectly – due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accident, breakdown of machinery or equipment, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, political closures or any untoward incidents.
